Pay Scale:

• All Drivers will be paid .37 cpmfor all Dispatched miles,
  • Loaded & Empty
• You will receive a Mileage Bonus as of the following:
  • .01 cpm for 10,000 to 10,999 (.38 cpm)
  • .02 cpm for 11,000 to 11,999 (.39 cpm)
  • .03 cpm for 12,000 to 12,999 (.40 cpm)
  • .04 cpm for 13,000 to 13,999 (.41 cpm)
• The more miles you run, the more money you make!!

Per Diem Pay:

• $59.00/day

Benefits:

• Health Insurance Reimbursement Plan – Up to $4,000 per year.
• 1 week paid vacation – 2 weeks paid vacation after 3 yrs

Miscellaneous Pay:

• $30.00 for all tarped loads
• $15.00 for any extra stops or pick-ups
